Introducing the new Dark Horse! A custom 62’ Arrow Yacht built in Arundel, Maine. This stable platform has the ability to carry up to 85 passengers. Powered by twin Detroit Diesels, it gives us more than enough speed and range to fish wherever we need to ensure we put the best catch possible on the boat. It has brand new state of the art Garmin electronics including Chirp and Side Scan sonar technology. Inside our heated cabin with ample seating, we have a full galley with hot food and beverages like soda and coffee available for purchase. We pride ourselves on having separate, extremely clean, Men’s and Women’s heads, with freshwater sinks to wash your hands. For parties and cruises, we have surround sound speakers with an external microphone to make announcements throughout the boat.

Captain Justin Campbell

Captain Justin has 10+ years of experience fishing the Raritan Bay and Sandy Hook area. Justin grew up fishing and working on the local head boats, learning the fisheries from all angles. While attending Massachusetts Maritime Academy, he attained his 100 Ton Masters License at the age of 19. Immediately going to work, Captain Justin started Dark Horse Charter Fishing, with a 35 Young Brother’s 6 pack boat running out of Keyport, NJ. The boat specialized in light tackle casting, and live bait Striped Bass fishing. Also known for being the only charter boat sailing at night for Striped Bass, chunking the back bay in the spring, and eeling for trophy fish Oceanside in the Summer and Fall. In the Spring of 2025, Justin made the move back to a head boat with the 62’ Arrow Yacht and moved the business to Atlantic Highlands.
